for the following two repos in RICP (near-RT RIC platform) we would like to change the committers as Peter Szilagyi is no

longer working in the RICP team. As replacement we suggest Satish Inakoti and Zoltan Koczka who have been in the same team

already and worked also on the same RIC source code before. This affects the following two repos:

  ric-plt/submgr (subscription manager)

  ric-plt/rtmgr  (routing manager)

  out: Peter Szilagyi

  in:  Satish Inakoti  (satish.inakoti@...)

  in:  Zoltan Koczka   (zoltan.koczka@...)
